I thought I was a convertible guy but don't like it as much as I thought. Just got it this past summer. All I did so far is full synthetic oil change so good for at least 10k miles. Everything works, have 2 keys and here are list of options: Power Sunroof Package Power Hardtop convertible Heated Seats Power lumbar seats Cruise Tilt Power Windows & Locks Keyless entry 4 cyl turbo engine Only 97k miles (miles will go up slightly as driven daily) Good tires & brakes Back up seniors The only thing I know that it needs is A/C recharge. Everything else works. But it didn't bother me since it's a convertible. It has it's typical scratches and minor dings if you get really close, but it's a 2007. If you have Sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. My loss is your gain! Free and clear title in hand. Feel free to have it checked out but at buyer's expense. I work at a bank and know all the scams so don't waste your time. Some one will get a very nice deal on a hardtop convertible! I have it listed locally too so I have the right to end the auction early if it sells locally.

It is buyers responsibility to have financing in order when placing a bid on a vehicle. 5) Buyer's Inspection: Miracle Autosport welcomes a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are buyer’s responsibility. It is your responsibility to verify Carfax and/or AutoCheck reports and do your due diligence on a purchase. We are always happy to provide a Carfax or do anything we can to assist in this process. We also have contact information to some local 3rd party inspectors if you would like any. 6) Representations and warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is" unless otherwise specified. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. 7) Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Miracle Autosport does charge a document fee of $299 on all purchases. For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident) the only fee beyond that will be a $51 title fee. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are the legal owner of every vehicle we sell unless specified otherwise, we are not responsible if there is a delay in the title work that is out of our control. No title is sent until the full balance owed is paid. If payment is made by personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 9) Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the auction. Miracle Autosport will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! All shipping arrangements are made via 3rd Party licensed carrier. Licensed carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom or any delays in shipping for any reason. All shipping arrangements are provided by Miracle Autosport as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Miracle Autosport. You are always welcome to arrange for shipping on your own. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-21 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival to be sure. Again, Miracle Autosport is not the shipper; we just help you to facilitate plans. 10) Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer MUST communicate with Miracle Autosport by e-mail or phone (609)587-1986 to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit ($500 unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds (no refunds on deposit unless the car is found to be not as advertised). Balance of payment is due within 5 business days/ If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be relisted and your deposit will be forfeited to Miracle Autosport unless other arrangements have been made with us. If for any reason, Buyer changes mind at any point after deposit is made, the deposit will be forfeit. Before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and documented Seller. 11) Storage: Please also note that a storage fee of $25 per day will be charged starting one week from conclusion of auction unless arrangements are made either in writing or via email that state otherwise. No title will be released until this bill is paid in full. If your travel arrangements prevent you from getting the vehicle within that time frame contact us FIRST. Our space is at a premium; we must always plan accordingly.
